My Bosch fridge was not getting cold. They were quick to schedule an appointment the next day, and Rza was speedy in diagnosing the issue.
I really appreciated that I was able to chat with the technician before scheduling the service call to share the relevant information about the issue. I decdied to not have them fix the issue for my own reasons.
