Russell got our Big Chill Stove working quickly because 1) he is a knowledgeable professional and 2) he had the required parts on hand (an igniter and a temp sensor). He knew exactly what he was doing, and fixed an issue that has existed for years, one that even factory tech couldn’t resolve back when it was under warranty. Best experience ever. I highly recommend.
